Trade management for physical commodity trading

The system of record for every physical trade.

Antiwarp replaces the spreadsheets, mail folders and disconnected tools that most trading operations still depend on. Contracts, shipping documents, vessels, invoices and exposure are kept in one place, linked to the trade they belong to.

Capabilities

Six modules share one data model. A document, a vessel position or a payment is never filed in isolation: it is recorded against a trade.

Transaction management
Each trade is one record from contract to settlement. Documents, correspondence, vessel positions and payments are attached to the deal they concern.
Document intelligence
Bills of lading, letters of credit and invoices are read, their key fields extracted, and each document proposed for allocation to the right trade.
Vessel tracking
Positions for every vessel nominated on an open trade. ETAs, delays and port arrivals are reported against the trade, not in a separate system.
Invoicing
Commercial and freight invoices and demurrage calculations are produced from trade data, without re-keying figures from spreadsheets.
Exposure
Price, counterparty and currency exposure with mark-to-market P&L, each figure traceable to the trades beneath it.
Approvals and audit
Large trades, bank-detail changes and sanctions overrides need a second approver. Every decision is kept in an audit trail.

Editions

Antiwarp comes in two editions. The trading house and its lender look at the same verified record: the contract, its documents and the vessel carrying the goods.

Trader edition

Physical commodity trading houses

“Is this contract worth doing, and how much cash will it need?”

  • Every trade from contract to settlement, with its documents and vessels
  • Margin after costs and finance, and the projected cash flow of each contract
  • Exposure by commodity, counterparty and currency
  • A second approver for large trades, credit limits and sanctions overrides

Lender editionBeta

Trade finance banks, funds and credit desks

The Lender edition is in beta: Antiwarp isn’t SOC 2 certified yet, so financial institutions can use it as a beta only.

“Should we fund this, at what price, and are we still covered?”

  • A loan portfolio over borrowers’ trades, with projected cash flow
  • Price and rate stress tests on the collateral behind each loan
  • Every borrower with its trades, documents and loans on one page

How it works

Most of a trading operation's workload arrives as documents. Antiwarp reads each one, proposes where it belongs, and leaves the decision with your operations team.

  1. 01A document arrivesCorrespondence is copied to your Antiwarp address, uploaded in bulk, or dropped onto the trade.
  2. 02It is read and classifiedVessel, quantity, B/L date, LC number and the other key fields are extracted, and a matching trade is proposed with a confidence score.
  3. 03An operator confirms itThe allocation is accepted or corrected in one step. Low-confidence fields are flagged for a check. Every decision is recorded.
  4. 04The trade is updatedThe document appears on the trade timeline and dependent deadlines (presentation, payment, laytime) are recalculated.
04

Security and control

Built for firms that answer to banks, auditors and compliance officers. Controls are part of the product, not a setting to remember.

Your company’s data stays yours
Every record belongs to one company. Isolation between companies is enforced on the server and covered by automated tests.
Strong sign-in
Two-factor sign-in, and Face ID or Touch ID (passkeys) to confirm approvals. Removed users lose access at once.
Four-eyes on what matters
Bank-detail changes, large trades and sanctions overrides wait for a second approver. Bank details are masked and every reveal is logged.
A full audit trail
Who changed what, when, and why: every allocation, edit and approval is kept and cannot be edited afterwards.
A person decides
The software proposes; your team confirms. Every suggestion shows its source and its confidence.
Where your files live
Documents are stored encrypted. Storage in the EU is available for firms that need it.
